  • Processing Time: All custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on the complexity and quantity of the items. We will provide an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is complete, standard shipping times within [Country Name] are 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Pick Up Service

For local customers, GadGenius offers a convenient pick-up option for your custom party favors.

  • Pick-Up Location: You can pick up your order from our studio located in Brampton, ON address will be provided after your order is ready.

  • Pick-Up Time: We will notify you via email or phone when your order is ready for pick-up. Please schedule a time during our business hours for collection.

  • Identification: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID to verify your order upon pick-up.

If you are unable to pick up your order during our business hours, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Return & Exchange Policy

At GadGenius, each item is custom-made, so we have a strict return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

  • Returns: Since our items are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered in the event of a production error or defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to correct the issue with your order. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.
